At The Pocket Early Education and Care, we understand how difficult it can be to apart from your child, especially when they’re so young. To help ease this, we promise the best quality in care while they’re part of The Pocket community.

For our 6 weeks to 15 months babies, our rooms and programs are designed to help them develop into bright and playful young toddlers. Hosting only four babies per room, we ensure that your child feels they are safe with us, as with such small numbers per room, they are able to bond emotionally with their educator. Our centre aims to grow high skills of self-help and communication in each child that comes through our doors, both through learning and playing with the other babies of the room.

It is important to a child’s development that they have a healthy and balanced diet. We make this one less thing for you, as parents and carers, to be thinking about when preparing for the day. Meals, and nappies are already onsite and included in the daily cost. No need for big backpacks full of lunches and snacks to be lugged through our doors!

While dietary requirements are covered by the centre, we do ask for a photo or two of the entire family to be brought in. This so that there is something familiar and recognisable for the children on those tough days when they just want to feel at home. This builds a great sense of comfort in the early stages of starting at the centre and helps to create a supportive environment for their time at The Pocket.

On top of all this, we also offer opportunities for extracurricular activities for our Pocket children, ranging from music to Spanish, and lots in between. Children of all ages are encouraged to take part in these classes, to boost their learning and development while at the centre.
